What we keep. If you subscribe, we keep your email address, the date you subscribed and confirmed, and where the subscription came from (this site or an email to the desk). That is the whole record.

What we do with it. We send you the edition. We don’t sell, rent or share the list, and we don’t track whether you open the emails or click the links.

Leaving. Every edition carries a one-click unsubscribe. It removes you the moment you use it. You can also write to the desk.

This site. It is a static site — no accounts, no advertising trackers, no analytics cookies. The podcast player is embedded from our hosting provider, Transistor, which serves the audio; fonts are served by Google Fonts.
